Sonya also provides professional advice on general migration matters and notary public services.

Sonya is a highly experienced solicitor and Formerly Registered Migration Agent. Sonya graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws and has also studied abroad at the China University of Political Science and Law.

Min Kim
Partner
Min is experienced in all areas of Australian migration law, including visa and citizenship applications, visa cancellations, merits and judicial review and Ministerial Intervention requests. She particularly enjoys working with businesses and highly skilled professionals with complex backgrounds thereby supporting greater flexibility in global mobility. Min also assists with general conveyancing and property matters and notary public services.

Min has a Bachelor of Legal Management and completed her Juris Doctor and Master of International Studies from University of Sydney. Her diverse career background ranges from advising international students in a large Australian education agency to providing legal advice in a general law practice. Since 2011, Min focused on Australian migration law covering Corporate, Business and Skilled Migration. She is skilled in managing a high volume of Employer Sponsored visas, Independent Skilled visas and Investment visas as well as advising business sponsors on their sponsorship obligations.

From 2014 to 2020, Min led the business and investment visa section at an Accredited Specialist immigration law firm as a Senior Lawyer/Associate. Min is experienced in working with large corporations as well as SMEs. She understands the fast-changing trends in global labour mobility and Australian immigration policy and how this impacts both employers and individuals.

Li Zhang had worked for many years as a full-time lawyer in Chinese Law Firm, Allbright Law Offices, mainly engaging in commercial dispute resolution in finance and real estate areas. Before this, he worked as a legal counsel for Asian-Pacific region at the world’s top one international engineering firm.
